The London Baby Show takes place every year at ExCel and runs from 24th-26th February.    If you are pregnant I think it really pays to do your reserch before you buy everything under the sun.  How do you know what you need for your bump when every manufacturer is saying this or that is the ‘must have item’!

I suggest either a trip to Baby Concierge or failing that I’d take a trip to the Baby Show and see what’s new and talk to the often entrepreneurs who have found a gap in the market for their product.

This year I understand there will be 250 brand and midwives from Bafta winning One Born Every Minute, which along with Borgen, has to be one of my favourite programmes.

Along with the usual favourite brands there will be some which are new to the UK such as  folic acid enriched thirst quencher Water Baby, footwear brand Jack and Lilly and some new products from Cheeky Rascals.
